For late arrivals, we have a keybox system with a code that will be sent to you via SMS.
Regarding late check-outs if you wish to enjoy the cottage a little longer, we charge a fee of €30 per additional hour. This must be requested in advance and is not automatically approved, as it depends on our cleaning schedule.
The beds are made upon arrival, so you will need to provide us with the precise composition of your group to prepare the right rooms for you.
We also provide towels and shower gel.
But that’s not all; we also offer coffee, tea, chocolate, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and some little surprises as well.
The cottage does not have private parking accessible from the street, but you can park in front of the house or on the village square, just 10 meters away. Parking is free.
Only dogs are allowed, but we kindly request that they do not climb onto the sofas.
Any damage caused by the pet will be charged to the owner.

We need to know the exact number of guests staying each night for fire safety reasons. As property owners, we must be able to provide the exact number of guests in the cottage in the event of an emergency to the authorities.
Yes, a deposit of €800 is required on the day of your arrival. It is not cashed and will be refunded if no damage is observed.
The inventory is done independently; it’s your responsibility to report any damage upon your arrival.
For all the options offered, you should first contact us by providing the desired date and time slot, and of course, the number of people. We will take care of contacting the service providers and making the reservations for you. On the day of the activity, you pay the provider directly; there are no fees charged by the cottage.
For groceries delivered upon your arrival, you can place an order at the Verneuil Sur Avre Intermarché drive and provide us with the order name. We will have previously recommended a pickup time that suits us. And voilà, everything will be in the fridge! And good news, it’s free, well, just the delivery 😉
None, coffee, tea, and chocolate are included in your stay. We have a professional coffee maker (hotel-style), and we refill it before your arrival. And as a bonus, it’s quality coffee and chocolate, selected from Café Richard! !
